Lauren Konicki

Lauren Konicki is an experienced educator currently serving as a Math Interventionist at Ledyard Public Schools since August 2023. Prior to this role, Lauren held various teaching positions, including an Elementary Education Teacher and Math Intervention Specialist at Killingly Public Schools. Responsibilities included implementing curriculum across multiple subjects, providing targeted math interventions for grades 2-4, and coordinating professional development for staff. Lauren also served as a Board of Education Member for the Town of Putnam, contributing to educational policies and curriculum design. Additionally, experience as a Fitness Instructor at YMCA of the USA and as an Elementary School Teacher in previous roles showcases a diverse background in education and community engagement. Lauren holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Sacred Heart University and degrees in Applied Developmental and Educational Psychology from Boston College and Psychology from Worcester State University.
