Rajesh Desikan

Rajesh Desikan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in marketing and commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Vice President & Head of US Marketing & Commercial Operations Excellence for Oncology & Immunology at Fresenius Kabi, Rajesh has previously held significant roles at AbbVie, including Global Commercial Launch Lead for Rheumatology and Head of Humira Dermatology. At Novartis, Rajesh worked as Global Brand Marketing Leader for Immunology, Hepatology, and Dermatology, along with roles in strategy and operations. Early in their career, Rajesh gained valuable experience as a Management Consultant at Booz & Company and held various general management and marketing positions at Procter & Gamble and First Data Corp. Rajesh holds an MBA in Marketing from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
