Robert Eichler

Robert Eichler currently serves as Principal Consultant and Global Head of Medical and Clinical at Arcondis Group since April 2023. Previously, Robert held the position of VP R&D for Nutritional and Digestive Health at Bayer from January 2020 to April 2023, where a diverse and high-performing team was created to drive product launches and innovation within the Bayer Consumer Health division. Prior to Bayer, Robert was Global Head of Medical Affairs at RB, managing Medical Affairs across various health categories, and held the role of Global Medical Affairs Director at Novartis Consumer Health for Europe. Robert's early career included significant roles at Colgate-Palmolive/GABA and Abbott Diagnostics. Robert obtained a Ph.D. in Microbiology from The Philipp University of Marburg and a Dipl. in Microbiology from Goethe University Frankfurt.
