Winnie Kok

Winnie Kok has extensive experience in human resources and administration, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently, as the HRBP and Talent Acquisition Lead for Asia Pacific at Fresenius Medical Care Asia-Pacific since June 2017, Winnie Kok implements standardized global people KPIs and leads compliance initiatives. Prior roles include HR Manager for Singapore and Indonesia at Alcon, where responsibilities included recruitment and coaching for stakeholders, and various positions in Asia and Japan for Geuder AG, focusing on marketing support and logistics. Earlier experience includes service administration at Carl Zeiss Pte Ltd and administrative roles at Sedgwick and TWP. Winnie Kok holds a Bachelor's degree in HRM with Organization Psychology from Edinburgh Napier University and is actively engaged with the Singapore HR Institute since 2011.
