Chakravarthi Ramaswamy

Chakravarthi Ramaswamy is the owner of Columbus Nephrology, Inc. and has previously served as Medical Director at Fresenius Medical Care. Ramaswamy completed a fellowship in Nephrology at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine from 1998 to 2000 and received earlier medical education at The Long Island College Hospital from 1995 to 1998.
