Gregory Pardo

Gregory Pardo, MBA, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as SVP of Global Human Resources for Care Delivery at Fresenius Medical Care, where the focus is on providing high-quality care to patients with renal and chronic conditions. With prior experience as Vice President of HR Business Partner and Head of Global Talent Acquisition, Gregory has a strong background in managing talent and resources across various health sectors. Additional leadership roles include Sr. Director of Global Talent Acquisition for Marriott International, where significant hiring efficiencies were achieved, and Practice Director for Global Talent Acquisition at Impellam Group. Earlier experience includes a position as Senior Client Partner in IT executive search at Alden Associates and Human Resources Coordinator at Ithaca College. Gregory holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Human Resource Management from Ithaca College and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
