Małgorzata Hatała

Małgorzata Hatała currently serves as the Director of Global Learning and Development, Knowledge Management and Quality Assurance at Fresenius Medical Care, where responsibilities include establishing a global training roadmap and managing a team of Trainers for process training. Previously, Małgorzata held various leadership positions at MoneyGram International from October 2015 to March 2023, culminating as Head of Training & Customer Service Excellence, contributing to customer service improvement initiatives and leadership development programs. Earlier roles include HR Generalist at Colgate Palmolive, Consultant at Accenture, and Senior Training Specialist at GlaxoSmithKline. Małgorzata holds multiple postgraduate degrees, including a Master's in Psychology and an Executive MBA, and is currently pursuing further studies in Talent Management and People Development.
