Nicholas Barkis

Nicholas Barkis currently serves as the Logistics Manager at Fresenius Medical Care since October 2023, where responsibilities include managing operational optimization projects and leading teams through significant changes to increase efficiency in delivery operations. Previously, Nicholas worked at Spartan Carrier Group as both Director of Operations and Director of Logistics, achieving the successful launch of startup accounts and creating standardized procedures. Earlier experience includes roles at Ryder Supply Chain Solutions, where Nicholas was instrumental in launching accounts for a large automotive manufacturer and improving operational metrics. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management from Texas A&M University, Nicholas has consistently demonstrated the ability to enhance operational efficiency and foster a culture of continuous improvement across various logistics roles.
