Michael Loeffler

Michael Loeffler has extensive work experience in various HR roles and leadership positions. Michael is currently serving as the Vice President of HR Operations, Projects & Transformation at Fresenius Group since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Corporate HR Shared Services at CWS-boco International GmbH from 2017 to 2021. Michael also worked as an Associate Client Partner at Korn Ferry Hay Group from 2016 to 2017. Earlier in their career, Michael held multiple roles at Deutsche Post AG, including Chief of Staff & HR Design, Chief of Staff to Member of the Management Board HR, and Director Business Process Optimization HR. Michael also served as the Head of HR Operations Germany at DHL from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal Consultant at PwC Consulting - People & Organization and as an Assistant to Management / Controlling at ifa systems AG. Michael began their professional journey as a Captain at Luftwaffenstützpunkt from 1993 to 1996.

Michael Loeffler earned a Diplom-Kaufmann degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Bundeswehr University Munich, where they studied from 1989 to 2002.
