Janine Duke

Janine C. Duke is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in human resources, learning, and development, focused on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Currently serving as the Director of Diversity, Equity Inclusion, and Belonging at The Fresh Air Fund, Janine C. Duke leads DEIB initiatives across New York City and the Mid Hudson Valley. Previous roles include Assistant Director of Learning & Development at Rising Ground and Assistant Director of Human Resources-Learning & Development at Sheltering Arms, where Janine C. Duke managed HR teams and strategic planning. Earlier experience includes positions with the Child Care Council of Westchester, the Anti-Defamation League, and the Brooklyn Bureau of Community Service, all emphasizing training and support for diverse populations. Janine C. Duke holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Child Psychology from Vassar College, complemented by certification as a Professional Coach.
