Christina Tenedios

Christina Tenedios is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and fitness sectors. As Co-Founder of Metro Marchè since October 2022, Christina also holds the position of Executive Vice President of Operations at ST Management. Since 2019, Christina has operated Café Metro as a business owner and has been a business partner at fresh&co since 2014. In addition, Christina is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and the CEO of A Better Fit Life, focusing on motivating individuals towards healthier lifestyles. Christina's management expertise includes roles at Create and Brownstone Pancake Factory, and significant operational oversight at Demarco Coffee Shop and Taste NY. Christina holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality-Restaurant Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University and has additional certification in personal training from Southern California Health Institute.
