Carold Henriquez has over 24 years of experience in the field of human resources. They currently hold the position of Director, Human Resources Business Partner at Fresh Del Monte, where they provide support and strategize people initiatives for various functions in North America. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Manager and Human Resources Project Leader at the same company.

Before joining Fresh Del Monte, Carold Henriquez worked as a Human Resources Senior Manager at Reckitt (Mead Johnson Nutrition Division) for 3 years, overseeing HR strategy and health and safety activities across multiple geographies. They also have experience at Bacardi, where they served as a Human Resources Lead and Director, managing HR provision for different legal entities.

Carold Henriquez's earlier experience includes positions at Johnson & Johnson and Sara Lee Branded Apparel - Hanesbrands Inc., where they held roles as a Human Resources Manager and Specialist. They have also worked at Editora el Siglo - Editora Listin Diario as a Benefits & Compensation Coordinator and Compensation & Benefits Clerk.

Throughout their career, Carold Henriquez has demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, talent management, policy design, employee relations, and compliance.

Carold Henriquez holds a Master of Science degree in High Management from Universidad Intec, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General at Universidad APEC from 1999 to 2005. Additionally, Carold Henriquez has obtained several certifications including SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in 2023. In 2019, they received a certification to debrief on KF360 assessment from Korn Ferry, and in 2013, they became a Certified Creative Coach through the Universidad de Puerto Rico and the International Coach Federation.
