Cecelia Dempsey has an extensive work history in the legal field. Cecelia is currently the Vice President, Global Legal - Corporate Services & Chief Global Privacy Officer at Del Monte Fresh Produce N.A., Inc. Prior to this, they founded their own boutique law firm called Dempsey Legal Solutions LLC, where they specialized in corporate, commercial, trademark, copyright, and privacy law. Cecelia also worked as a Mediator at MediationWorksFL, Inc. From 2012 to 2015, they were the Senior Trademark and Marketing Counsel at Keurig Green Mountain, Inc., and from 2009 to 2012, they served as the Director, Senior Attorney Trademarks & Patents at Burger King Corporation. Earlier in their career, they held positions as Corporate Counsel at The Dannon Company and Senior Counsel, Trademarks at Altria Corporate Services, Inc.

Cecelia Dempsey has a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Fordham University School of Law. Cecelia also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in American/United States Studies/Civilization from the University of Notre Dame. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and a Florida Supreme Court Certified County Court Mediator from the Florida Supreme Court in March 2015.
