Viviana Garcia

Viviana Garcia is currently working as the Legal Director of North America at Fresh Del Monte since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Associate General Counsel at Carnival Corporation from March 2020 to October 2022. Before that, they worked as a Staff Counsel at Tyson Foods from September 2018 to March 2020. Viviana also gained experience as a Real Estate Legal Specialist at CNA Insurance from May 2016 to November 2017 and as a Judicial Intern for The Honorable Judge Dawn Denaro in July-August 2014.

Viviana Garcia completed their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from St. Thomas University Benjamin L. Crump College of Law in the years 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Florida International University School of Journalism and Mass Communication from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their educational achievements, Viviana also obtained a Real Estate License from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in 2015 and is licensed to practice law in Florida through The Florida Bar.
