Niall Conlon

Niall Conlon has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. Niall began their career as a Manager at Asda, where they were responsible for the supervision of 22 colleagues. In 2018, they joined Fresh Thinking Capital as a Relationship Manager and Portfolio Manager. In this role, they were responsible for lending and taking a tailored approach to ensure businesses had the right funding to help deliver their strategic plans. In 2020, Niall joined Fresh Thinking Advisory as a Relationship Manager, providing a premium debt advisory offering to owner-managed and private equity owned businesses. In 2022, they joined Fresh Thinking Network as a Relationship Manager and Fresh Thinking Property as a Relationship Manager.

Niall Conlon attended Leeds Beckett University from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies.
