Ashley Desira

Ashley Desira has worked in various roles in the Human Resources and Executive Assistant fields since 2011. Ashley began their career as a Food & Beverage Attendant at The American Club Sydney in 2011, and then moved to Park Hyatt Sydney where they worked as a Human Resources Assistant, Senior Butler, and Events - Food & Beverage Attendant. In 2015, they joined Reed Exhibitions as a Human Resources Coordinator. In 2017, they became an Executive Assistant and Assistant to Head of Economic & Financial Consulting - EMEA & Asia-Pacific at FTI Consulting. In 2020, they joined Robert Half as an Executive Assistant, and then moved to Fresh Tracks Canada Inc. where they currently hold the roles of Director, People Operations, People and Culture Manager, and Senior Executive Assistant & Office Manager.

Ashley Desira attended the University of Notre Dame Australia from 2013 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Human Resource Management. Prior to that, they attended Kenvale College of Hospitality Management and Events Management from 2011 to 2013, where they earned an Advance Diploma in Hospitality Management and Events Management.
