Tony Nguyen currently serves as the Team Leader of Account Management for the APAC region at Fresha since July 2020, following a progression through roles including Senior Partner Success Manager and Partner Success Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Autopilot as a Customer Success Manager, and at Digital Alchemy as a Strategic Account Director. Earlier roles at Salmat spanned from Account Manager to Account Director, complemented by an Employment Consultant position at Advanced Personnel Management. Tony began a career in customer service at Vodafone Australia and ENG DIRECT Australia after obtaining a Bachelor of Business and Commerce degree from Western Sydney University, alongside studies in Tourism Management and Arts and Humanities. Continuous professional development is pursued through ADMA, focusing on Digital Marketing.
