Bill Lessard

Bill Lessard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations and customer success, currently serving as Senior Manager of Sales Operations at FreshBooks since July 2020. In this role, Bill oversees the global commissions process for over 150 sales staff and manages global CPQ for more than 2,000 transactions monthly. Additionally, Bill contributes as a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Facilitator within the sales organization. Previously, Bill held various leadership positions at WW DEV AND CONS Inc. and Dundas Data Visualization, as well as at Oracle for two decades, where expertise spanned sales operations, business development, and customer engagement. Bill’s educational background includes studies at Lambton College and training through Trailhead by Salesforce.
