Matthew Sciarrino

Matthew Sciarrino has a diverse work experience in the food and operations industry. Matthew started as a Sous Chef at Times Square Brewery in 2004 and later moved on to roles such as Executive Chef at Obivia LLC. Matthew transitioned to FreshDirect in 2007, where they held various production and management roles. Matthew also worked at Blue Apron, Marley Spoon, Chef'd, and eventually returned to FreshDirect as Vice President of Operations in 2018, showcasing their progression and expertise in operations management.

Matthew Sciarrino earned an Associate's degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management/Manager from The Art Institute of New York City in 2004. Matthew later obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in the same field from The Art Institutes in 2009.
