Mathilde de Wiljes

Mathilde de Wiljes is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in finance and transactions. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in Global Transactions at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer since January 2021, Mathilde previously worked as an Associate in Acquisition Financing at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP from September 2015 to January 2021, with a secondment in London’s finance team from January to July 2020. Earlier, Mathilde completed a legal internship focused on real estate transactions at Gide Loyrette Nouel and another in acquisition financing at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP.
