Lisa Barrette has extensive experience in marketing and brand management. Lisa has worked for multiple companies, including Freshpet, Pinnacle Foods Group LLC, Post Foods, Kraft/Post, Kraft Foods Group, Nabisco & Kraft Foods Group, DMC, and Block Drug Co Inc.
At Freshpet, Lisa held the position of Vice President of Marketing - Business Development from 2015 onwards.
During their tenure at Pinnacle Foods Group LLC from 2011 to 2015, Lisa held various senior marketing director roles. Lisa managed a $450MM business portfolio and supervised marketing, advertising, and product development for brands such as Hungry-Man, Aunt Jemima Frozen Breakfast, Lender's Bagels, and Celeste Pizza. Lisa also managed the seafood brands Mrs. Paul's and Van de Kamp's and the breakfast brands Aunt Jemima and Lender's Bagels, with combined sales of $325MM.
At Post Foods from 2008 to 2011, Lisa served as a marketing director, leading innovation, licensing, and M&A efforts for Post Cereals. Lisa successfully launched the Smurfs' cereal and partnered with Yo-Crunch Yogurt to expand Post Brands into the yogurt category. Additionally, Lisa managed the Kids' portfolio, including the successful re-launch of the Pebbles brand and leading a productivity team that resulted in $13MM of incremental savings.
At Kraft Foods Group, Lisa held various senior marketing brand manager roles from 2001 to 2008. Lisa led innovation development within the bars and cereal category, co-leading the development of the Live Active brand. Lisa also played a key role in the re-launch of the Handi-Snacks brand and led a successful open innovation project with Cargill.
Prior to joining Kraft Foods Group, Lisa had marketing roles at Nabisco & Kraft Foods Group, DMC, and Block Drug Co Inc.

Lisa Barrette completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and International Business from the University at Buffalo from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Marketing from the State University of New York at Fredonia, where they studied from 1993 to 1995. Lisa's educational journey started at SUNY Brockport from 1991 to 1993, focusing on International Business, although they did not acquire a specific degree during that period.
