Ryan Stauffer

Ryan Stauffer has over 25 years of work experience in finance and controlling roles. Ryan is currently the Manufacturing Finance Director at Freshpet since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at RB as the Finance Director, Sales from March 2021 to April 2022 and as the Sr. Gross Margin Manager from May 2019 to March 2021. Ryan also held positions as the Sales Finance Manager and Plant Controller at RB. Before joining RB, Ryan worked at Stanley Black & Decker as a Senior Finance Manager from July 2010 to November 2015. Prior to that, they worked at DSM as a Site Controller from November 2008 to July 2010. Ryan's earliest work experience was at Ingersoll Rand, where they served as a Controller from May 1997 to November 2008.

Ryan Stauffer earned an MBA in Business Administration from Moravian University in 2003, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting & Management Information Systems from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in 1998.
