David Moldovan has extensive experience in the culinary industry, with a particular focus on executive chef roles. David started their career at Sundried Tomato Cafe in 2009 as a Sous Chef and worked there until 2011. David then joined Lawry's Restaurants Inc. as an Executive Chef and stayed with the company until 2017. In 2016, David became an operator and co-owner of Organic Babies, a Newport Beach-based eatery specializing in locally sourced and nutritious foods. David eventually transitioned back to an executive chef position at North Italia in 2019 and worked there until 2021. David then moved on to Eddie V's Prime Seafood in 2021 as an Executive Chef. Currently, they hold the position of Corporate Development Chef at FreshRealm starting from April 2022.
