Dheeraj Kesharwani

Dheeraj Kesharwani has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Dheeraj started their career as a Store Incharge at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd. in 2010 and worked there until 2013. Dheeraj then joined FAASOS as an Area Operations Manager, where they handled operations and sales across Madhya Pradesh. Dheeraj'sresponsibilities also included coordinating with projects for store layouts, training outlet staff, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures. In 2017, Dheeraj joined Amazon as an Assistant Manager Operations and worked there until 2018. After that, they joined GO-JEK Tech as a Venture Lead, where they successfully established and managed a cloud kitchen venture in Indonesia. Dheeraj led the development of the core product and technology, formed alliances and partnerships, and opened multiple kitchens across Jakarta. In 2019, they joined Swiggy as a Cluster Manager, overseeing operations in their assigned cluster until mid-2020. Currently, Dheeraj works as a Regional Manager- Operation AP & Telangana at FreshToHome Foods Private Ltd, where they are responsible for managing operations in the region.

Dheeraj Kesharwani pursued their education at IHMCT BHOPAL from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Bsc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration. In addition to their formal education, they have also completed several certifications on various topics such as Customer Service, Excel, Lean Six Sigma Foundations, and Sales Closing Strategies. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn in May 2020.
