Isabel Melhuish

Isabel Melhuish has a diverse and extensive work experience. Isabel is currently working as the Head of Commercial Finance at Freshwave since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Business Pricing at Virgin Media O2 from February 2021 to December 2021. In this role, they created a new Business Pricing team and introduced a commercial lens to key projects. Isabel also developed market pricing insight and implemented a pricing guidance tool.

Before joining Virgin Media O2, Isabel worked at O2 (Telefonica UK) for several years, holding various finance-related positions. Isabel served as the Head of SMB Channel Finance from October 2019 to January 2021, where they provided full financial support to the Director of SMB Sales and led the finance team in improving trading tools and governance controls. From October 2017 to October 2019, they worked as a Finance Business Partner for Indirect Postpay Sales teams, focusing on optimizing trading performance and driving the strategy. Prior to that, they held roles as a Commercial Finance Business Partner and Trading Finance Manager.

Isabel began their career at O2 as a Finance Graduate in March 2011 and gained experience in various financial analysis and support roles over three years.

Isabel Melhuish obtained their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Natural Sciences with a focus on Physics from the University of Cambridge, where they studied from 2006 to 2-10. Additionally, they earned the CIMA Professional Qualification from CIMA in December 2015.
