Kostas Goutsos

Kostas Goutsos has over 17 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Kostas is currently the Director of Engineering at Freshwave, a role they have held since August 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Dense Air as the Senior Director of Product Management & Network Design from September 2021 to August 2023. Before joining Dense Air, Kostas held various roles at Nokia, including Head of Solutioning UK&I from March 2021 to September 2021, 5G Solution Manager from January 2019 to February 2021, and Solutions Manager from May 2015 to December 2018. Kostas also worked at Samsung Electronics Europe as a RAN Product Manager from May 2013 to April 2015. Earlier in their career, Kostas worked at Nokia Siemens Networks as a Solution Engagement Manager from January 2012 to April 2013 and as a Sales Solution Manager from March 2008 to December 2011. Kostas began their career as a Technical Project Consultant at Siemens Enterprise Communications from March 2006 to March 2008.

Kostas Goutsos obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Strathclyde, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Ethniko Metsovio Polytechnico, studying from 1999 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Kostas Goutsos has also obtained certifications in various fields. Kostas completed an "Intro to Service Management with ITIL® 4" certification from LinkedIn in October 2023, and a "Performance-Based Hiring" certification, also from LinkedIn, in October 2021.
