Belinda Emmanuel

Belinda Emmanuel is a seasoned professional in sales enablement and training, currently serving as Senior Manager of Sales Enablement at Freshworks since June 2018. In this role, Belinda mentors and manages the APMEA Sales Enablement Delivery team, aligning sales training programs with company objectives and facilitating the development of onboarding and ongoing learning resources. Prior to Freshworks, Belinda held various positions at Frost & Sullivan, including Manager of Sales Enablement, and contributed significantly to learning and development initiatives as Assistant Manager at GIL University. Earlier experience includes business development in Africa and talent management in wholesale banking at Scope International, along with training management at Allsec Technologies Limited. Belinda holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Pondicherry University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Women's Christian College.
