Ira Pradhan

Ira Pradhan is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in corporate and internal communications. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Communications and Global Internal Communications at Freshworks since December 2020, Ira has previously held leadership roles including Head of Corporate Communications at Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India, where responsibilities encompassed employee engagement and media relations. Ira's career includes significant roles at Philips, Tesco, Wipro Technologies, and Philips Innovation Campus, contributing to team building and strategic communication across a variety of industries. Ira holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Calcutta, along with additional courses from Stanford and Open2study.
