Karthikeyan Ramasamy is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in building innovative technology solutions across various industries. Currently serving as Principal Engineer and Director at Freshworks since February 2022, Karthikeyan focuses on developing a marketplace and developer ecosystem that enhances business extensibility. Previously, as a SaaS Architect at AppDynamics, Karthikeyan led the design and development of digital experience monitoring solutions. Karthikeyan's background also includes prominent roles at VMware, Morgan Stanley, Oracle, and Tata Consultancy Services, where Karthikeyan contributed to cloud management, high-performance applications, and mobile banking solutions. Karthikeyan holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
