Soumendra Kumar Sahoo

Soumendra Kumar Sahoo is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in system engineering, data science, and AI solutions. Currently serving as a Lead System Engineer at Freshworks since September 2021, Soumendra focuses on building an MLOps platform and enhancing the Freddy AI system. Prior experience includes leading teams in the development of AIOps platforms at IBM and creating a cognitive search engine at Wipro. Soumendra's career began at Tata Consultancy Services, and educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Data Science and Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Siksha 'O'​ Anusandhan University.
