Toshe Prasad

Toshe Prasad currently serves as the Head of Americas Revenue Strategy and Director of Revenue Operations at Freshworks, focusing on growth and operational excellence within the Americas Field Sales and Customer Success organizations. Previously, Toshe held the position of Head of SMB Growth Initiatives at Salesforce, where collaboration with the EVP of the SMB Operating Unit drove strategic growth initiatives. Toshe contributed pro bono as a consultant at The Prem Rawat Foundation, supporting the Peace Education Program. Additional experience includes leading product sales at BRIDGEi2i Analytics Solutions, overseeing business development for Tracxn in the Americas, trading at Standard Chartered Bank, and completing an internship at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Toshe holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a B.Tech (Hons.) in Instrumentation from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
