Breanne Whalen

Breanne Whalen is an Associate Attorney at Freund Freeze & Arnold since September 2011, focusing on the defense of healthcare professionals and legal practitioners in professional negligence cases, as well as advising businesses and individuals on employment, contractual, and real estate disputes. Previously, Breanne served as a Legal Intern at The Dayton Power and Light Company from June 2009 to May 2011, where tasks included drafting pleadings and memos in litigation and environmental matters, and reviewing contracts related to corporate law. Breanne also gained experience as a Legal Extern at Freund Freeze & Arnold in 2010. Breanne holds a Juris Doctor degree in Personal and Transactional Law from the University of Dayton School of Law, graduated in 2011, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, cum laude, from Mercyhurst University, completed in 2008.
