Rebecca Guzy

Rebecca Guzy has a strong background in the food industry, with a focus on product development and quality management. Rebecca has held key roles at various companies, including Frick's Quality Meats, where they served as the Director of Food Safety & Research. In this role, they were responsible for driving strategic growth and innovation, as well as managing the QA/Food Safety and Sanitation team.

Prior to their time at Frick's Quality Meats, Guzy worked at Oscar Mayer as an Associate Director of R&D, overseeing innovation and product development for a consumer-driven business. Rebecca also established cross-functional partnerships to drive innovation and long-term technical solutions.

Guzy also held positions at Kraft Foods, where they served as a Quality Manager, responsible for developing and validating quality systems across multiple dairy plants. Rebecca also managed the Packaging Research & Development department for Kraft NA Cheese & Dairy, overseeing innovative package development, cost savings, and brand management activities.

Earlier in their career, Guzy worked at Oscar Mayer in product and packaging R&D, as well as at Cryovac as a Packaging Applications Specialist and Technical Sales Representative.
