Daniel Allen

Daniel Allen is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in client services and security analysis. Since August 2017, Daniel has held multiple roles at Friend MTS, currently serving as Operations Team Leader and previously as Client Service Analyst and Security Operations Analyst, focused on protecting clients from piracy in both live and non-live content. Prior to this, Daniel gained valuable experience in the retail and hospitality sectors working in various positions, including Senior Sales Assistant at Heron Foods and bartender at Eagle & Ball. Daniel holds a degree in Software & Game Development from Birmingham City University, complemented by earlier studies at Solihull College & University Centre and Lyndon School Humanities College.
