Lance Forgit

Lance Forgit has over 28 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, primarily with Friendly Ice Cream Corporation, where Lance has held various leadership positions since 1995. Currently serving as Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, Lance oversees the annual, quarterly, and monthly budgeting processes while managing a team and reporting to the CFO. Prior roles include Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, where Lance focused on operational analyses and strategic financial planning. Earlier experiences include positions in investor relations, international accounting, and senior tax accounting. Lance began their career at KPMG, gaining expertise as a Supervising Senior Accountant and Staff Accountant. Educational background includes a degree from Nichols College, completed in 1990.
