Kelsey Shaffer

Kelsey Shaffer is an experienced database manager with a strong background in nonprofit fundraising and data administration. Currently serving as the Senior Database Manager at the Friends Committee on National Legislation since June 2015, Kelsey oversees the Raisers Edge, RE NXT, and ResearchPoint Blackbaud products, manages data hygiene processes, and conducts training for staff. Previous roles include Development Database Manager at the same organization, where responsibilities included ensuring data integrity for the fundraising department, and Development Associate positions at Studio Theatre and the Washington Animal Rescue League, focusing on donor management and fundraising event coordination. Kelsey holds a BA in English from Rollins College and has also studied at Birkbeck, University of London.
