Matthew Warner

Matthew Warner, MBA, SPHR, serves as the Chief People & Culture Officer at Friends of the Children - Portland, a role assumed in September 2023. Prior to this, Matthew held the position of Chief People and Administration Officer at Albertina Kerr from June 2008 to February 2023, where oversight of all HR functions was provided as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
