Caitlyn Kupka

Caitlyn Kupka is an experienced service access manager with a strong background in program management for homelessness and victimization services at Friends of the Family since October 2018. In the current role, Caitlyn oversees a team of seven employees, manages multiple hotlines, and coordinates service access implementation across two regions in Iowa. Previous positions include service access coordinator, housing support specialist, safe housing advocate, and crisis advocate, all focused on supporting individuals affected by domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. Earlier experience at Jiva Salonspa included roles as guest services coordinator and client coordinator, emphasizing customer service and operational efficiency. Caitlyn holds a degree in Family Services, Social Welfare, Mental Health, Gerontology, and Conflict Resolution from the University of Northern Iowa.
