Stephanie Nguyen, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the HR Operations and Recruitment specialist at Friendship Public Charter School, where responsibilities include overseeing recruitment strategies and partnering with the People Team to fulfill staffing needs. Previously, Stephanie held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Nam-Viet Restaurant Group, focusing on strategic business objectives and community engagement. As the Director of Human Resources at Wag! Group Co., Stephanie provided strategic counsel on various employee-centric issues and managed grievance investigations. Earlier experience includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Patient Marketing Manager at Siranli Dental, as well as Customer Satisfaction Manager at South Block, where recruitment and training processes were key responsibilities. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences with a minor in Psychology from The George Washington University.
