Kristin Points

Kristin Points currently serves as the Director of Development and Marketing at Friendship Shelter since January 2014, where responsibilities include leading individual giving efforts, managing a team, and overseeing the organization’s rebranding and marketing strategies. Previously, Kristin held the position of Development Manager at Planned Parenthood of Orange and San Bernardino Counties, where management of fundraising events and departmental budgets was a key focus. Additional experience includes roles as Deputy Political Director at Annie’s List, Communications Director at the Alliance for Climate Protection, and Campaign Manager for Warner for Congress, among others, demonstrating a strong background in fundraising, communications, and political campaign management. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Whittier College.
