Tammy Mitchell

Tammy Mitchell is an experienced MDS Coordinator currently working at Friendship Village of Dublin since August 2021, with previous MDS Coordinator roles at Pataskala Oaks Care Center and Providence Healthcare Management. With a background as a traveling MDS nurse and RN MDS at Greystone Health Network, Tammy has developed a strong expertise in managing MDS processes. Tammy holds an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Ohio University-Zanesville Campus, completed in December 1998.
