Carmen Fronczak has worked in various leadership and marketing roles in the healthcare industry. From 2013 to present, they have served as the CSO, CRO, VP of Strategy, Executive Director, and Sales and Marketing Executive at Friendship Village STL. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at Apria Healthcare, where they marketed DME and services to healthcare professionals in the St. Louis market. Carmen managed and penetrated key accounts, including hospitals and healthcare systems. From 2006 to 2010, Carmen worked at Mercy, where they served as an Operational & Strategic Manager and handled marketing and community outreach. Carmen successfully launched the hospital's oncology services in the St. Louis area and promoted additional access services to physician practices.
Carmen Fronczak has a diverse education history. Carmen holds a Masters of Science in Health Informatics from Logan University. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of Phoenix. Carmen also completed their nursing education at the Lutheran School of Nursing, where they earned their RN license. Carmen has also acquired additional certifications, including being a Missouri Licensed RN and a Nursing Home Administrator, which was obtained through the Missouri Department of Health and Human Services.
