Mahbubur Rahman Turza

Mahbubur Rahman Turza is an experienced professional in partnership development and strategic planning, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Partnership Development at Friendship NGO since January 2015. In this role, Mahbubur leads fundraising initiatives and collaborates with program teams to address the needs of climate-vulnerable populations. Previous positions include Deputy General Manager and Senior Manager, where Mahbubur coordinated health and education project evaluations, developed project budgets, and established the Partnership Development department. Prior experience includes a consultancy role at the Japan International Cooperation Agency, where Mahbubur contributed to the adjustment of employee salaries through CPI calculations.
