Douglas de Souza

Douglas de Souza is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in engineering and sales management across various industries. Currently serving as Sales Director for Latam at Frigel Group since May 2018, Douglas leads sales teams and developed sales strategies for the region. Previous roles include Key Account Sales Executive at Markem-Imaje and Regional Sales Manager at Inpro Seal LLC, where Douglas built relationships and managed local sales operations. With additional experience as a Sales Agent, Sales and Application Engineer, and a Process Engineer, Douglas has consistently demonstrated expertise in sales, customer support, and strategic planning. Douglas holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Universidade São Judas Tadeu and a Technical diploma from Escola Técnica Federal de São Paulo.
