Chris Luhrman is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Fringe, where Chris leads strategic initiatives, drives revenue growth, and manages cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency. With a background in overseeing cultural competency training and development at Cru, Chris has also held titles such as Head of Client Services and Head of Customers at Fringe, focusing on customer success and fostering a customer-centric culture. Prior to their current role, Chris served as the Co-Founder & VP Operations at Fringe, overseeing marketplace growth and client relationships. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a concentration in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Tech.
