Venny Kartika Manik

Venny Kartika Manik currently serves as an Associate Business Manager at PT Frisian Flag Indonesia since December 2023. Previously, Venny held various roles at PT. Mayora Indah Tbk, participating in the Mayora Development Program, where responsibilities included on-the-job training and serving as an Area Sales Supervisor. Venny managed a sales team and oversaw multiple divisions including Biscuit, Candy Wafer Chocolate, and Instant Food. Additionally, Venny gained experience as a Business Program and Partnership intern at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk and founded 77 Apparel.co, where key achievements included developing a business plan and executing marketing strategies. Venny holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Community Development from IPB University.
