Sophia Par has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as a Medical Staff Interpreter at Indiana University Health in 2011. Sophia then worked as an International Staff Interpreter for the International Rescue Committee (IRC) in 2012. In 2013, they were a Language Service Coordinator for CulturaLink. In 2014, they worked as a Manager in Training for Abercrombie & Fitch and as a Success Coach for Perry Township Schools. In 2015, they were a 21st CCLC Site Administrator/Interim Program Director for Charter Schools USA. In 2017, they were an Operations Supervisor for CVS Health. From 2018 to 2020, they were an HR Business Partner and People Experience Manager for Walmart eCommerce and a Strategic Account Manager for HireLevel. Currently, they are a Senior Customer Experience Manager and Customer Experience Manager for Frndly TV.

Sophia Par holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Informatics from Indiana University\u2013Purdue University Indianapolis and a Master of Science (MS) in Stragetic Leadership and Design from the University of Indianapolis. Sophia also holds a certification in Bridging the Gap from Indiana University Health.
