Gabriyel Akay

Gabriyel Akay has over 10 years of work experience in the financial sector. From 2020 to present, they have held the role of Head of Customer Success at Froda, a Swedish fintech startup. Prior to this, they were the Team Lead of Loan Agents at Froda. From 2013 to 2020, they were the Deputy Branch Manager at FOREX Bank, where they were responsible for managing the branch and inspiring, motivating, and coaching colleagues. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Kundtjänstmedarbetare at SEB.
