Julia Spankowski

Julia Spankowski is a seasoned professional in continuous improvement and engineering, currently serving as a Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer at Froedtert Health since November 2013. Julia has a robust background in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, having previously held managerial and specialist roles at Rexnord and Johnsonville Sausage, where significant process improvements were implemented. Julia has been actively involved in the Society of Women Engineers, taking on multiple leadership positions, including Region H Senator and various chair roles, representing Wisconsin at regional and national conferences. Julia's educational background includes both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Industrial Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
