Kate Schaafsma

Kate Schaafsma has extensive experience in pharmacy leadership, currently serving as the Director of Pharmacy for the Community Hospital Division at Froedtert Health since February 2014. Prior to this role, Kate held the position of Ambulatory Pharmacy Manager at Froedtert Health and served as the Clinical Pharmacy Manager at Froedtert Hospital from August 2009 to February 2014. Kate started the career in pharmacy as an Administrative Resident at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics from July 2007 to June 2009. Educational achievements include a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from Butler University College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences, an MBA from Butler University - Lacy School of Business, a Master of Science (MS) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and participation in the Future Milwaukee Community Leadership Program at Marquette University in 2018-2019.
